Last week, from 13th to 17th October, was visiting the LSI, Prof. Grazia Iadarola from Polytechnic University of Marche, who was giving us a PhD Course focused on “Advanced Signal Processing Techniques for Electronic Measurements”. We are very grateful for her advanced seminars that enriched the knowledge of the LSI PhD students on (i) Hardware methods of Compressed Sensing – sub-Nyquist sampling, (ii) Digital methods of Compressed Sensing – compression and reconstruction of physiological signals through random and deterministic approaches, and (iii) Wearable sensors for everyday life – classification methods based on physiological signals.
